I heart Chuao Firecracker Chocolate

When I went to Blogher Food in San Francisco two weekends ago, I truly lost my heart there. Yet it wasn’t the city that I fell in love with, it was Chuao Firecracker Chocolate. We attended a Food Fete event near the conference that consisted of three floors of food samples, wine, coffee and a gluten-free buffet.  I’m sure I don’t even have to mention that this was simply heaven.  I ate my way through all three floors all the while thinking in the back of my head that I really need to invest in a treadmill. Soon.

Chuao Firecracker ChocolateThis beautiful masterpiece of chocolate is called Firecracker.

The idea to add pop rocks, dark chocolate, chipotle and salt together is pure genius. I’d even go so far as to admit that I’m now a Firecracker junkie. I never seem to be able to consume enough. And don’t think you can hide this chocolate secretly in your mouth from those around you. It makes noise that will turn heads. And once someone hears you they’ll want to try a taste. Then they’ll want some more.

Would you like to win a bar and try this chocolatey goodness for yourself? Simply leave a comment to enter to win a bar of Chuao Firecracker Chocolate. I’ll pick a name next Wednesday, October 27th.

Do you want extra entries to win this 2.8 ounces of this mouthwatering, mouth-popping chocolate?  Here are some options. Don’t forget to leave a comment for each one that you do:

I also wanted to mention that the Flavorstitch makeover is due to the crafty and talented work of both Desirai and Cathe Holden ( Home Grown Logos ). Desirai took my Typepad blog and moved it over to WordPress but not before redesigning it. Cathe Holden designed my logo and my social media buttons. Thank you Desirai & Cathe!
